While creating a new CRM Organization using the Deployment Manager Console you might see a message saying that the Create New Organization wizard cannot verify that SQL Server Agent is running and is indicated as a warning message:

It turns out that the Deployment Administrator account needs to be a Local Administrator on the SQL Instance server so that the warning message does not appear.

Now if the Create New Organization wizard is run through the Deployment Manager Console the SQL Server Agent warning message should disappear
